In preparation for tomorrow's big game, Lehigh University executive chef David Casey shows us how to whip up delicious Super Bowl wings.

All the following recipes accommodate one dozen wings.

Honey Sriracha

1/3 cup Honey

3/4 cup Sriracha

1 teaspoon Fresh Chopped Garlic

5 tablespoons Butter

Directions: Simmer the Sriracha, Honey & Garlic over medium heat in a saute pan for 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat & stir in the butter until well blended.

Sweet Chili Curry

2/3 cup Sweet Chili Sauce

1 teaspoon Curry Powder

4 tablespoons Butter

Directions: Simmer Sweet Chili Sauce & Curry over medium heat in a saute pan for 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat & stir in the butter until well blended.

Franks Sweet Heat

1c Franks Hot Sauce

1/4 cup Molasses

1 teaspoon Fresh Chopped Garlic

5 tablespoons Butter

Directions: Simmer Franks Hot Sauce, Molasses & Fresh Garlic in a saute pan for 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat & stir in the butter until well blended.

Garlic Parmesan

4 tablespoons Fresh Chopped Garlic

8 tablespoons Butter

1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flake

2 tablespoons Fresh Chopped Parsley

5 tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions: Simmer Fresh Chopped Garlic, Butter & Red Pepper Flake for 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat & allow to sit for 1 minutes, then add Parmesan cheese & parsley when tossing with wings.

Honey Chive Gorgonzola Dip

4oz Crumbled Gorgonzola

2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar

1 cup Mayonnaise

1/2 cup Sour Cream

2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Chives

1 teaspoon Kosher Salt

1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

1 tablespoon Honey

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl & mix well. Best flavor develops if this is done 12-24 hours ahead of service time.

Grilled Wings

1 Dozen Wings

2 teaspoons Salt

1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

1 teaspoon Fresh Chopped Garlic

1 tablespoons Olive Oil

Directions: Toss wings in a bowl with all of the seasonings & oil.

Grill the wings on your grill for about 2 minutes on each side, then place on a sheet pan sprayed with non-stick spray and hold in your refrigerator until ready to finish the cooking.

Grilling them ahead of time but not completely cooking them gives you the flavor of grilling & the ease of finishing in the oven.

In an oven preheated to 425 degrees, place your wings for about 15 minutes, flip over then cook for another 15 minutes, until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

For extra crispy wings, finish under the broiler for the last 5 minutes.

Remove from the oven & toss with your favorite sauce.
