A Berks County man convicted of involuntary manslaughter in Lehigh County won't be getting a new trial after all.
The Pennsylvania Superior Court has ruled against a lower court's decision to grant a new trial for Andrew Gesslein.
Gesslein, of Tilden Township, claimed he killed Michael Randolph in Allentown in self-defense in 2012.
Gesslein will be re-sentenced, but no sentencing date has been set.
