The Liberty boys basketball team opened the EPC schedule with a win on the road at Allen Wednesday. The Hurricanes and Canaries played a tight game throughout the first half, but Liberty extended its lead in the second half on their way to a 56-42 win. Ludwin Gonzalez led the Hurricanes with 15 points in the victory.
