Emergency crews are on the scene of an accident involving an overturned car carrier that reportedly involves at least one person heavily entrapped in a vehicle.


The crash happened around 11 a.m. Thursday in the southbound lanes of Route 222 in Brecknock Township, Lancaster County, between the Adamstown interchange in Berks County and the Denver interchange in Lancaster County.
