KU men prevail in double OT; Albright falls to Misericordia

The Kutztown University men's basketball team prevailed in a double overtime thriller against Philadelphia at Martz Hall Tuesday. The Albright men let a second half lead slip away in a loss to Misericordia.

Tynell Fortune scored 19 points to lead the way for the Golden Bears in the 75-72 victory. Howard Sellars, Austin Beidalman and Josh Johnson also scored in double figures for KU.

At the Bollman Center, Misericordia erased a 7-point halftime deficit to defeat Albright 71-61.

Steve Ware had a monster game for Misericordia, scoring a game-high 25 points.
